This is a plain collection notice for the free audit form — not a full privacy policy.

2. What we collect on the free audit form: practice name, website, city and main service, to run your audit and show your on-page report. We do not collect email or phone on this form. We only look at public information about your practice.
3. How we run audits: we check public pages of your website. Audit results are stored with your report. AI processing via Google Gemini / AI Studio (model-only; not Search-grounded). On Google's free API tier, Google may use prompts and responses to improve its products; human reviewers may see them — see Google's Gemini API Additional Terms (https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms). No patient data.
4. Retention: ask us any time to delete your report via firstinchat@proton.me.
5. We share data only with providers that run the site and the Gemini API path above. We do not ask for patient data.
6. Your choices: ask what we hold or ask for deletion via firstinchat@proton.me.
7. Not for patient data. Please don't send patient or health information.
