When patients ask AI who to see, are you named?

Free audit of the website signals AI tools look for — plus a snapshot of what Google Gemini says about local practices from its built-in knowledge (not a live Google search; may be out of date). Free. No card. Takes under a minute.

Free audit. No card. No sales call unless you ask for one. Gemini check: built-in knowledge only — not live Google AI Overviews or AI Mode.

Built for independent dental practices with 1 to 3 locations. We only look at public information about your practice. We never need patient data.

Patients are starting to ask AI instead of scrolling Google

A patient types, "Who's a good family dentist near me who takes my insurance?" An AI assistant answers with two or three names. If yours isn't one of them, that patient may never see your website, your reviews or your ad.

Most practice owners have no idea whether they're named. There's no report for it, and the usual SEO tools don't show it.

FirstInChat gives you a clear starting point, then tells you what to fix.

Four gaps we look for first

  1. A vague headline. If your headline doesn't say what you do and where, there's less on the page for AI, or a patient, to work with. We check whether your headline names your service and your place. A slogan on its own doesn't count.
  2. No FAQ page with FAQ markup. Patients ask AI questions. A page that answers them in plain words, with markup, is easier to quote.
  3. No llms.txt file. A short file that describes your practice for AI tools. It's new, and nobody can promise it helps, but it's cheap and takes minutes to add.
  4. Reviews not shown on your site. We check whether your site shows your reviews. If it doesn't, there's less on the page showing patients trust you.

How it works

Three steps. You do almost nothing.

Step 1: Tell us about your practice.

Enter your practice name, website and city. Takes under a minute.

Step 2: Get your AI-visibility snapshot

We check your site for the signals AI tools use: reviews shown on your site and whether your headline says what you do and where, plus your FAQ markup, structured data, page title, AI-crawler access, sitemap, llms.txt and HTTPS. We also ask Google Gemini — without live web search — what it says about local practices from its built-in knowledge. That snapshot is not a live Google AI Overview or AI Mode result and may be out of date. Grounded checks with Google Search are coming later.

Step 3: You get your report and 3 fixes.

A score out of 100 and your top 3 fixes, with copy-and-paste snippets for your web person (or for you). Your report sits at a private link only you receive.

Want us to keep tracking it and handle the fixes each month? That's what the plans below are for. The audit itself is free either way.

  2. Add a "Questions patients ask us" page with FAQ markup. Template and snippet included.
  3. Show your reviews on your site. A visible review count, rating or a linked reviews page. Wording included.

Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The audit and your report are free, with no card. You only pay if you choose a plan later.

What does the audit check on my website?

The audit checks reviews shown on your site and whether your headline says what you do and where, plus your site's basics: structured data, FAQ page and markup, page title, AI-crawler access, sitemap, llms.txt and HTTPS. It also shows a Gemini built-in-knowledge snapshot for your test prompts (ungrounded; may be out of date). It does not measure live Google AI answers.

How much does it cost?

Monitor is $49/month (DIY). Autopilot is $99/month (Recommended). Pro is $199/month (up to 3 locations / more support). Monthly only for now. Plans are Coming soon — no checkout and no card on this site today.

What’s the difference between DIY and done-for-you?

Monitor ($49) is DIY: you get the audit, score, competitor snapshot and fix list; you make the changes. Autopilot ($99) and Pro ($199) include done-for-you monthly fixes: each month you get a fix list, and we make the changes for you where you give us site access. You approve first. We do not auto-edit your site without that access and approval.

What’s included on each plan?

All plans start from the free audit’s findings. Higher plans add more monitoring depth and, on Autopilot/Pro, the monthly fix drafts (and applied changes where you grant access). Autopilot also includes practical templates such as a Patient Questions page draft as part of those monthly fixes.

How long until I see something?

You get the free audit result first (website readiness score and top fixes). Paid plans then work month by month on the fix list. We do not promise a number of days to “get recommended,” a ranking, or that AI will name you. Timelines for site edits depend on your approval speed and whether you’ve given site access.

Do you guarantee results or that AI will name my practice?

No. Nobody can control what an AI assistant says. We help with the website and listing signals that are in your control.

Which AI tools do you check?

Today we check website signals AI tools look for, and we run an ungrounded Google Gemini check (built-in knowledge only — no live web search). That is not a live Google AI Overview or AI Mode result and may be out of date. Grounded AI answer checks with Google Gemini + Google Search are coming later. We do not claim ChatGPT or Perplexity.

Will this make ChatGPT / Perplexity / “AI” recommend me?

We can’t promise that, and we don’t sell that promise. We help you fix clear, accurate practice information online. Today we run a Google Gemini check from its built-in knowledge only (no live web search). Checks with Google Gemini + Google Search come later. We don't test ChatGPT or Perplexity.

Do you change my website?

On Monitor: no. You get copy-and-paste style guidance and a fix list. On Autopilot/Pro: yes, only where you give us site access, and only after you approve the changes. We do not push automatic AI edits.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Your report gives you copy-and-paste snippets. Send them to whoever manages your website, or ask us how.

Is there a long contract?

Month to month at the prices above.

Do I need a credit card?

No. The free audit needs no card. Paid plans are Coming soon — there is no checkout on this site today.

When will I be charged?

Not today. If we open paid plans, we'll tell you the date and price first, and you choose whether to go ahead.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time.

What about patient privacy?

Never put patient information into our forms or into public page copy that shouldn’t be public. Check your state dental board’s advertising rules. We are not giving legal advice.

Will you spam me?

No. This form does not collect email. Your report is shown on a private on-page link only.

I'm not a dental practice. Can I still use it?

Built for dental practices and med spas. Home services are next. Tell us your business type on the form and we'll let you know when it's ready.

About the Gemini snapshot

What's the difference between a model-only check and one that uses live Google Search?

A model-only check asks Google Gemini with no live web search. The reply comes from the model's built-in knowledge and can be outdated. A Search-grounded check would let Gemini use live Google Search while answering. Ours today is model-only (ungrounded). We do not claim ChatGPT or Perplexity results.

Why does our snapshot say “may be out of date”?

Because we are not pulling fresh pages from the web in that check. Gemini answers from training knowledge only, so names, hours or details in the reply can lag. Treat the Gemini section as one snapshot, not a live directory.

Does “not mentioned” mean patients can’t find me?

No. “Not mentioned in this Gemini snapshot” only means this model did not include your practice name in our test prompts, with no live web search. It does not mean Google hides you, that patients can’t find you, or that you “don’t appear in AI.” Keep improving clear public website and listing facts you control.

Is this what Google’s AI Overviews or AI Mode show?

No. The Gemini knowledge check on your report is not a Google AI Overview and not AI Mode. It is a separate, model-only API snapshot. It is also not a prediction of what any patient will see.

Will you check live Google results later?

Yes — grounded checks that use Google Gemini with Google Search are planned for later. We are not promising a ship date. Until that ships, the Gemini section stays model-only (not Search-grounded). We still do not claim ChatGPT or Perplexity.

Which model do you use?

For the Gemini knowledge check we use gemini-3.5-flash-lite, with grounding set to none (built-in knowledge only). Your report shows the model id and the date tested. If we change models, the report line will show the new id.
